Morning: Join us for breakfast on campus. More details will be posted soon.

Reunion Tailgate Celebration: Join us 3-hours before kickoff at the Alumni Center for a reunion tailgate celebration before the game! We will have a few tables reserved for reunion attendees in the main ballroom and food and beverages will be available to purchase.

Are you an OSU Alumni Association Life or Orange and Black Club member and would like to pre-order the meal? We will ask that you register for the lunch as usual and will post a link soon. You are welcome to visit or sit at the reunion tables at any time.

Accommodations: If traveling to Corvallis for Homecoming we suggest booking your hotel rooms early! Most hotels in Corvallis and Albany require a two-night minimum on football weekends. Some options besides the standard hotels include:

    Photos and videos from this event may be used in Oregon State University promotional materials. By attending these events, you consent to have your photo taken and appear in videos and allow use of these photographs and videos by OSU, the Foundation or the Alumni Association for promotional purposes.

     

    OSU Alumni Association Reunion Assistance for Alumni

    The OSUAA is pleased to assist alumni groups with OSU reunions in the following ways:

    • Assist with electronic communication with alumni on behalf of the reunion committee
    • Notify colleges and departments about upcoming reunions
    • Assist with obtaining reunion lists
    • Place reunion announcement in the Class Notes section of the Oregon Stater magazine
    • Advise on overall programming and timelines
    • Assist with: venue selection, catering, photography, audio-visual logistics, budget and contract review
    • Provide online registration for events
    • Coordinate athletic tickets and advise on local accommodations
    • Create informal name tags and advise on other printed materials
    • Advise alumni group in locating campus maps and other important campus brochures, fact sheets
    • Assign an Alumni Association staff member to attend main event to welcome attendees (schedule permitting) 

     

    OSU Alumni Association Reunion Assistance to OSU Colleges & Departments

    • Coordinate Athletic tickets and advise on local accommodations 
    • Provide Alumni Association banners, promotional items for your main event
    • Advise on other printed materials
    • Supply campus maps and other important campus brochures, fact sheets
    • Assign an Alumni Association staff member to attend main event to welcome attendees (schedule permitting)
