Empowering OSU through collective philanthropy
Founded in 2003, the Women’s Giving Circle is a philanthropic collective committed to fostering a community of dedicated and passionate women who believe in advancing Oregon State University, supporting student success and leaving a lasting legacy. Since its founding, this collective has supported more than 26,000 students, funded 204 projects and granted more than $1.4 million.
Member experience:
“As members we have a unique opportunity to support cutting-edge programs across OSU’s campuses and disciplines. We review grants that meet emerging needs that may fall outside the normal budgeting cycle yet can be game-changers for students. Our unique, collaborative approach to pooled funding and the grant review process allows Circle members to be at the forefront of ensuring students’ needs are met.”

Julie Lambert, ’85
Women’s Giving Circle member since 2005
