About the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees

The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees, an Executive Committee and seven standing committees. Our Trustees serve three-year terms that are renewable by mutual agreement between the individual Trustee and the Committee of Trustees and elected by the Board.

Similar to the OSU Foundation's mission, the trustees seek to promote the value and importance of OSU, inspire investment from our generous community of donors and steward resources to enhance the university’s impact. They recognize that the university must be adequately financed to achieve its land grant mission of teaching, research and outreach and that significant donor investment is critical to attain and maintain programs of excellence that have a meaningful impact on the future of OSU students, Oregon and beyond.

About the OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors

The OSU Alumni Association is a non-profit 501c3 organization that is led by a board of directors. This volunteer board upholds the alumni association’s mission to inspire a lifelong connection for alumni, students and friends through learning, advocacy and community. Their goals are to deepen, broaden and improve the engagement with students and recent alumni as well as communicate the impact of alumni and of OSU on the world.

In addition to upholding the OSU Alumni Association’s mission and goals, the board of directors are passionate about providing opportunities for alumni, students and OSU supports to get involved. From annual service projects to regular volunteer efforts, the board of directors and alumni association organize events and positions to ensure OSU continues to make a positive impact on students and alum as well as the world.
