Beavs, Brews & BBQs @ Tailgate Town

Texas may have put BBQ on the map, but here in the Pacific Northwest, we’ve taken it to an entirely new level! Join hundreds of Beaver faithful for an epic culinary experience during the fourth annual Beavs, Brews and BBQs at OSUAA Tailgate Town before the Beavers take on the Texas State Bobcats.

This hallmark Alumni Association and College of Agricultural Sciences event is all about bringing people together. PNW pitmasters gather to showcase the best of the region’s BBQ and offer you a place to reconnect, meet fellow fans and celebrate the flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

“Beaver’s Choice” BBQ competition: Taste your way through the lineup of BBQ bites from our professional PNW pitmaster teams and vote for your favorite of the day. Note: This will be a variety of samplings, not a full meal.
Beaver Classic ice cream: Cool down with a scoop of handcrafted sweetness made by Food Science and Technology students in the College of Agricultural Sciences. 
One free drink.
