From Data to Decisions: Turning Research into Real-World Impact
A science degree is more versatile than you think, and alumni will share how their education has led to careers that apply research in innovative and impactful ways. This panel will explore how skills developed in the classroom and through field and lab work — such as critical analysis, data interpretation and systems thinking — translate into careers that address real-world challenges. Students and recent grads will gain insight into the variety of roles available beyond academia and learn how to prepare for pathways that connect scientific knowledge with meaningful real-world applications.
