What is the new Board Room & Balcony Pregame Package?

Host your guests in the newly renovated Board Room & Balcony at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center, just steps from Reser Stadium and overlooking the excitement of Parker Plaza and Western Boulevard. This private indoor/outdoor hospitality space offers a comfortable, turnkey game day experience for entertaining clients, colleagues, family and friends before kickoff. Recently redesigned with flexibility and comfort in mind, the space features a private balcony, dedicated television, catering and bar service, concierge support and a premium location in the heart of Beaver game day.

Where is the CH2M HILL Alumni Center located?

The CH2M HILL Alumni Center is located at the corner of SW 26th Street and SW Western Boulevard in Corvallis, directly across from the main entrance to Reser Stadium and Parker Plaza.

The Alumni Center features more than 30,000 square feet of flexible event space and has been a longtime gathering place for Beaver fans on football game days. The Board Room & Balcony is located on the second floor, accessible by both stairs and elevator, and offers a private setting with excellent views of the pregame festivities.

 

How many guests can the space accommodate?

The Board Room & Balcony is ideal for groups of 10–60 guests, depending on the desired room setup and event style.

 

What amenities are included?

Your rental includes:

• Exclusive use of the Board Room and private balcony
• Flexible room setup with furnishings and optional games
• Linens
• Dedicated television
• Private bar service (beverages purchased separately)
• Assistance coordinating catering and food service
• Adjacent private restrooms
• On-site concierge support throughout your event

 

Is parking included?

Yes. The package includes two reserved parking passes located near the Alumni Center for the entire game day.

 

Are football tickets included?

No. Football tickets are not included with the package. However, our team can connect you with Oregon State Athletics' Group Sales Office to explore available seating options for your group.

 

How does catering work?

All food and beverage service at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center must be provided through an approved licensed caterer. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Our staff will help coordinate your event with our exclusive game day catering partner to create a menu that fits your needs and budget.

 

When is the space available?

The Board Room & Balcony is available on home football game days beginning three hours before kickoff until the start of the game. To encourage attendance at Reser Stadium, the Alumni Center closes at kickoff and does not reopen during the game.

 

How much does the package cost?

The standard Board Room & Balcony Pregame Package is $2,000 per home game and includes all amenities listed above.

Additional costs — including catering, beverages, game tickets, additional parking and other special requests — can be customized to fit your event. Our staff is happy to provide a personalized estimate.
