Do you provide linens?

Yes, we provide complimentary white linens. White skirting is provided for registration and catering tables. Colored linens and black skirting are available for a fee.

 

Do you set up and tear down the event?

Yes, your event will be set up by the scheduled access time, and no tear down is required of the renter. We ask that you take out all décor you bring in.

 

Is tech assistance available?

Yes, OSUAA staff is available to assist during your event. If you would lik e a dedicated AV tech for your event, we can provide one for a nominal fee.
