Beaver Points and Total Investment measure your support for Oregon State University Athletics. These metrics help determine priority for tickets, seating, and other benefits.

How It Works

Beaver Points are earned through your contributions, season ticket purchases, and engagement with OSU Athletics.
Total Investment reflects your cumulative giving toward athletic programs and events.

Philanthropic Donations

Types: Annual Fund, Capital/Facilities Gifts, Endowment, Sport-Specific Gifts (except basketball courtside seats).
Benefits:

May accept Beaver Points.
Potential tax benefits if Beaver Points are declined.
May give from an IRA or Donor-Advised Fund if points and benefits declined.

Required Seating/Parking Donations

Purpose: Required to purchase certain season tickets; goes toward student-athlete scholarship support.
Sports: Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Baseball starting in 2027 (Omaha Room in 2026)
Benefits:

Earn Beaver Points.
Not tax deductible, regardless of payment method.

Priority Point Options

Gifts to the Athletics Seating and Parking Fund that provide access to season ticket locations are not tax-deductible per the 2018 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. For this reason, all season ticket contributions default to accepting Beaver Points.
