Lori B. Rush, ’78 – Jean & C.H. "Scram" Graham Leadership Award, OSU Alumni Association
Lori B. Rush, ’78
Empowering careers and communities through steadfast leadership and strategic HR solutions.
Lori Rush is the founder and president of Rush Recruiting and HR, providing consulting and hiring support to businesses and job seekers since 2006. She excels at capturing organizational culture, fostering relationships and helping others — traits that have made her a much-admired OSU Alumni Association Board of Directors member since 2013. She served as board chair during university leadership changes and the turbulence of the pandemic, creatively keeping meetings lively and interactive despite the challenges of going virtual. Lori led the board’s post-career task force and to this day drives efforts that maintain and strengthen connections between former board members. She also volunteers her expertise through OSUAA career programs and the Beaver Caucus. Beyond OSU, she served nearly 20 years on the executive committee of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, receiving the "Power of Many" award in 2009.
