Super-Fast Enchilada Casserole
2 packages frozen bean and cheese burritos
1 can mild red enchilada sauce
1 can mild green enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese
Sliced black olives
Sour cream, for topping
Salsa, for topping
Add frozen burritos to glass baking dish. Cover completely with each can of the enchilada sauces. Top with shredded cheese and sliced olives. Preheat oven to degrees noted on frozen burrito package and cook as advised on package (usually 45 minutes). Serve with tortilla chips.
