In this Ask Alumni panel, OSU graduates will share their personal and professional experiences navigating careers as neurodiverse individuals or supporting neurodiverse colleagues. Panelists will discuss strategies for thriving at work, advocating for support and creating inclusive environments that benefit everyone. Whether you identify as neurodiverse, support colleagues who do or want to learn how workplaces can better embrace diversity of thought, this conversation will offer valuable insights and encouragement.
