Beverly Park

Vice President of Talent Management

As vice president of talent management and human resources, Beverly Park oversees recruitment, development and retention strategies, striving to make the OSU Foundation a “Best Place to Work” employer that embodies our core values: collaborative, productive, respectful, bold, inclusive and creative. She leads initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, compensation/total rewards, benefits and leadership development to align talent practices with the Foundation’s goals of being a high-performing workforce.

A seasoned senior-level human resources professional with proven skills and deep experience in multiple sectors, Park joined the Foundation in 2023. Prior to that, she was a human resources leader for six and a half years with the 16,000+ employee PeaceHealth, specifically with the Oregon Network Hospital and PeaceHealth Medical Group. She previously worked for nearly a decade with the privately held Wilkinson Family of Companies, leading human resources for a multi-state assisted living management company and a multi-state real estate management company. Her experience working in the higher education field includes positions at Northwest Christian College and two years as human resources manager for OSU Extension Services.

Park holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Linfield College and has earned several certificates related to human resources management.

In her extra hours, Park is an avid volunteer and is involved with a variety of organizations, including several related to agriculture. She currently serves on the board for Cross Creek Alpaca Rescue – an involvement that sprang from her experiences with OSU’s Carlson College of Veterinary Medicine.
