Once a Beav, always a Beav.

Join us for an OSU friends and alumni get-together in the Twin Cities region. Sample a complimentary tasting menu featuring student-made Beaver Classic cheeses, Oregon wines, and a bit of Minnesota fare including Excelsior beer. (James Birnie, Excelsior Head Brewmaster is an OSU Food Science grad.)

In attendance will be College of Agricultural Sciences Dean Staci Simonich, who will provide highlights on how OSU and the College of Agricultural Sciences are leading the way in sustainable food systems and agriculture innovation.
