College of Agricultural Sciences & AgWest Farm Credit Land-Grant Showdown Tailgate

Two land-grant universities, one showdown between Northwest neighbors. Before the Beavs and Cougs battle it out at Reser, join us on the OSU Alumni Center lawn for the annual Land-Grant Showdown Tailgate, hosted by the College of Agricultural Sciences and AgWest Farm Credit.

Expect food, drinks and live music — plus a special We Grow Your Beer event brought to you by the Department of Food Science and Technology and Oregon Hop Growers Association!

Tailgate highlights:

• Catering provided by Northwest Mobile Catering
• Beer samples from OSU-engaged breweries and hop growers in partnership with the Food Science and Technology department.
• Live music from local country artist Tony Lundervold.
• Beaver Classic truck scooping up student-made ice cream on-site.
• Free OSU swag item to show off your Beaver pride.
• A fun and friendly lawn-party atmosphere steps from Reser.
• Student showcase featuring student and club research in animal science, horticulture and more!

Connect with fellow Beavers as we honor the land-grant spirit shared by Oregon State and Washington State and how OSU AgSci programs and partnerships work to advance food, agriculture and natural resources across the state and beyond.
