OSU Foundation - Jim Parkin
Mr. Parkin retired from Deloitte in 2021 after spending 35 years in various leadership roles in the audit practice, including CFO and Silicon Valley practice leader. He worked in Portland, New York, Seattle, St. Louis and San Jose, California.
He serves a mentoring role as executive in resident at Oregon State University’s College of Business and as a member of the Dean’s Circle of Excellence for the College of Business. Mr. Parkin is on the advisory board of Salvation Army of North Texas, the largest social services provider in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He also serves on the board of directors of Virginia-based Tactical Retreat Unplugged, a nonprofit that supports wellness services for first responders, veterans and their spouses.
Mr. Parkin is a 1986 graduate of the OSU College of Business.
