OSU Foundation - Kenneth Provencher

Mr. Provencher is president and CEO of PacificSource Health Plans. He was appointed to this position in 2001 and previously served as vice president of operations. Prior to joining PacificSource in 1995, Mr. Provencher served as vice president of VHA Upstate New York, a 15-hospital healthcare system. Mr. Provencher has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years.

He currently serves on Oregon’s Health Insurance Exchange Advisory Board and the Oregon Health Leadership Council and has also served on the Boards for United Way of Lane County, 100% Access and The Foundation for Medical Excellence. Mr. Provencher serves on the Community Advisory Committee for the College of Public Health and Human Sciences and formerly served on the college’s Health Care Administration Advisory Board. He joined the OSU Foundation board in July 2016, serving on the Compensation and Talent Management Committee and the Finance Committee.

Mr. Provencher holds an M.B.A. in healthcare management from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned his B.A. in psychology from Providence College in Rhode Island.
